Terrific Broth (Tartof and Hobbs 1987)

To a one liter bottle add:

1. 12 g Bacto-Tryptone
2. 24 g Yeast Extract
3. 4 g Glycerol

Dissolve in 900 ml and autoclave. Let cool to 60˚C and add 100 ml of sterile 0.17 M KH2PO4, 0.72 M K2HPO4.
